Registration
Registration deadline is on 22 April, 2005 for external participants and 1 May, 2005 for students of Universiteit Maastricht. You will receive the result of your application before 22 April, 2005 (external students) or 1 May, 2005 (UM students). Upon receiving confirmation, you will also receive an invoice by e-mail and post. The registration fee is due upon confirmation, but no later than 1 May 2005.

The conference fee for all participants includes attendance to the SFM conference and Forum Maastricht, all materials, 4 lunches, 2 dinners, and coffee breaks. The fee for external participants additionally covers accommodation including breakfasts.
Payment
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Banks may charge fees for bank transfers, and participants are advised to check this with their bank.

Accommodation
Housing for external participants will be arranged by Student Forum Maastricht. Students have an option of either staying in a hotel ( http://www.hotelboot.nl/ ) or can be hosted by students from Maastricht. All students from abroad are asked to indicate their preference on the registration form, although due to a limited number of places, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be placed according to his or her preference. |
