* Students will be asked to give their student university numbers. The conference fee includes conference participation, all materials, lunches and coffee breaks.

Please register before 20 May 2005 !
Although registration is possible after 20 May and on site, we kindly ask you to register before this date.

Conference registration
It's no longer possible to register on-line.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail and by post by the Conference and Events Office in Maastricht. In this confirmation you will receive a full itinerary of your selected conference events including your registration fee/companions fee and hotel booking (if selected).

Payment for the registration fee
Credit card payment
is the preferred method of payment for the registration fee. The University of Maastricht operates a secure on-line payment system. You can arrange to pay by credit card when you register on-line, please have your card ready.
Bank transfer
off-line is the only other alternative method of payment. Banks may charge fees for bank transfers, and participants are advised to check this with their bank. Please indicate on your form the billing address to which the invoice can be sent.

The Conference and Events Office in Maastricht is unable to guarantee your registration requirements without your payment details.

Payment for your accommodation
Hotel bookings must be secured by a valid credit card. You will receive a fax-back form with your confirmation of registration to guarantee your hotel booking.

Accommodation

The Conference & Events Office from the Universiteit Maastricht is handling all registration and accommodation bookings. Most of the conference hotels are located within the city centre area and are close to the conference venue. The special discounted hotel rates are only available through the Conference and Events Office. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that after the 1st of April 2005, rooms will be reserved on the basis of availability.

Reservation
You will be able to book a hotel when you register on-line. It's also possible to contact the conference secretariat if you decide to book a hotel later. The Conference & Events Office will send you a confirmation of your hotel booking by e-mail together with your confirmation of registration.

Payment
When you have registered and selected a hotel, you will receive a fax-back payment form from the Conference & Events Office with your confirmation of registration by e-mail. You are required to complete the fax-back payment form with your credit card details to guarantee your hotel booking.

Please ensure that your credit card will still be valid at the time of the conference. We are unable to make any accommodation bookings without a valid credit card number. All hotel accommodation must be paid for upon departure. The rates per night include room and breakfast (unless stated otherwise), excluding city tax which is € 1.80 - € 2.20 per person, per night.

The Conference and Events Office in Maastricht is unable to guarantee your hotel booking without a valid credit card.

Changes and cancellation policy deadlines hotel bookings
All changes or cancellations must be received in writing, by e-mail or fax, by The Conference & Events Office. You will not be charged if your cancellation is received 1 week before arrival.
If your cancellation is received less than 1 week of arrival you will be obliged to pay 100% of your hotel booking, likewise for a 'no-show'.
