registration The conference fee includes attendance to the conference, all materials, lunches and coffee breaks. The registration fee is due upon confirmation, but preferably no later than 20 May 2005. After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation/invoice by e-mail and post. Please contact the Conference and Events Office if you have not received a confirmation within five working days.
The conference fee can be paid on line by credit card or off line by bank transfer (by invoice).
