Fees
The registration fee is € 250,- (student fee € 25,-)
The conference fee includes conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch and closing drink.
Please register before 15 June 2004!

Hotels
The Conference and Events Office has a number of rooms available at discounted rates. Please refer to the Hotels section for details.
Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed after 6 May 2004.

Heiligdomsvaart
An historic event
The “Heiligdomsvaart” originates from a religious relics celebration, a centuries old tradition of festivities around the tomb of Saint Servaas, the first bishop of Maastricht who died around the year 384. Large numbers of pilgrims still visit the basilica of Saint Servaas at the Vrijthof, built over the grave of this saint.

”We are the Time”
The theme “We are the Time” enables visitors of the “Heiligdomsvaart” to feel what it means to be responsible, by our own actions, for the time in which we are living. What are our standards and values? Do we still have enough time for each other? In what kind of a world are we living and are we on the right track? These are all questions that in one way or another will come up during those eleven days of the “Heiligdomsvaart”, in such a way that both young and old people, religious or not religious, will feel touched.

How to register
Please register by filling in the online registration form

After receiving your registration, we will send you a message (by e-mail) to confirm receipt. The confirmation/invoice by post will be sent to you within five working days. Please note that registration is not completed until the payment of the conference fee has been received. If your payment has not reached our account by 28 June 2004, you will need to settle your account on-site in cash (in euros only).

Payment method
The conference fee can be paid online by credit card or offline by bank transfer (after receiving an invoice). Payment by credit card: Interpay (Eurocard, MasterCard), American Express or Visa.
Payment by International Bank Transfer: It generally takes two weeks for an International Bank transfer to reach the recipient. Payment details will be indicated on your invoice. Please note that if your payment has not reached our account by 28 June 2004, you will need to settle your account on-site in cash (in euros only).
