The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
• Lunches on Saturday through Wednesday
• Refreshments during breaks
• Tuesday night Gala Dinner (incl. transport)
• Entry to all scientific sessions and poster viewing
• A copy of the Final Program Book including the conference abstracts
• Touristic information on Maastricht including a city map
• Free bus transport in Maastricht during the days of the conference
 

The registration fee for accompanying persons entitles to the following:
• Saturday evening welcome buffet
• Sunday morning guided tour through Maastricht
• Tuesday night Gala Dinner (incl. transport)
• Touristic information on Maastricht including a city map
• Free bus transport in Maastricht
• Lunches and breaks are not included

Note: Delegates wishing to attend to a part of the meeting should contact the conference secretariat.
 

Please note our cancellation policy: 
- 85% of the fee will be reimbursed if cancelled prior to May 1^st
- No reimbursements if cancelled after May 1^st.  
 
Reimbursements will be processed AFTER the conference.
