The Conference Office of Maastricht University is handling all accommodation bookings. The conference hotels are located within the city centre or close to the conference venue. The special discounted hotel rates are only available through the Conference Office. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and will be reserved on the basis of availability.

It maybe possible that the hotel of your choice is fully booked; if this occurs the conference office will contact you and offers you an alternative. After making a reservation the hotel needs a credit card guarantee, to make sure your room will be available upon arrival. This form will be sent to you by the Conference Office and please return this as soon as possible to make sure your room is guaranteed. The hotel can not guarantee you your room without the credit card details.
