You can outsource your participant registration and abstract handling to a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) that can also take over the management and coordination of other tasks. Please contact the Conference Office for more information.

Participant registration and abstract handling in-house

If you prefer to keep your participant registration and abstract handling in-house, you can choose to draw on the knowledge and skill of Parthen R&S instead. With the help of the sales department, the university was able to negotiate special prices and work agreements with the company. Parthen uses the versatile Eventure program that was specifically designed for conferences and other events. 

Please request a quote from Parthen for each separate event.
