The Maastricht University Conference
Office has been making hotel reservations for you and your guests
for several years now. The university recently entered into a
partnership with Maastricht Booking Service (MBS) to process
individual and group reservations. This means that all hotel
reservations that were previously processed by us are now being
handled by MBS. This service will nonetheless remain free of
charge for you and your guests!
Making hotel reservations with Maastricht Booking Service
Maastricht Booking Service has extensive experience with hotel
reservations in Maastricht. MBS has built a solid relationship with
many hotels in this city over the years. For group reservations, MBS
will create a free registration page which you can easily
link to your own (conference) website. Your guests can easily make
new online reservations or change existing reservations. Of
course, you can also make individual reservations as well. Click

confirmation from MBS shortly after confirmation.
