Professional Conference Organisers (PCO)

Maastricht University works with Preferred Suppliers, suitable partners in place to handle practical issues such as participant registration, abstract handling and hotel reservations. The UM has contracts with specialised Meeting- and Conference Venues.

A Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) will be responsible for issues like conference management, practical organisation, coordination, scheduling, supervising and acquiring location(s), catering, printing, transportation, staffing and badges. We will happily help you in finding the most suitable company.
